èßäÊÓƵapp Dedman Law Signs Memorandum of Understanding with ICI Puebla

On Friday, February 28, 2025, èßäÊÓƵapp Dedman School of Law welcomed representatives from Instituto de Ciências Jurídicas de Puebla (ICI Puebla) for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The event took place at AJ Thomas Hall and marked a significant step in fostering international legal education between the two institutions.

Dean Jason P. Nance and Assistant Dean Martin Camp joined Dean Julián Germán Molina Carrillo, Founder of ICI Puebla, in signing the agreement. Also in attendance were Dean Molina’s son, Julián Molina; èßäÊÓƵapp alumni Dr. Isaac Osadolor, along with his wife and son; Carla De Leon Stafford; and Assistant Deans Stephen Yeager, Marcie Davis, and Christine P. Leatherberry.

This MoU establishes a pathway for ICI Puebla students to study at èßäÊÓƵapp Dedman Law for two terms before returning to Mexico to complete their degrees, allowing them to graduate with both a Bachelor of Law and an LL.M. Additionally, the agreement promotes faculty collaboration, enabling professors from both institutions to teach and conduct research on each other’s èßäÊÓƵappes.

Dean Nance highlighted the alignment between èßäÊÓƵapp’s mission and ICI Puebla’s slogan, “aprendizaje sin límites” (learning with no limits), emphasizing how this partnership expands academic opportunities beyond national borders. The collaboration reflects èßäÊÓƵapp Dedman Law’s ongoing commitment to global legal education and the development of future world changers.
