Not every case goes to trial! Practice your skills in alternative dispute resolution or transactional law to advance your skills outside the courtroom. Typically, èßäÊÓƵapp sends students to the following competitions: ABA Arbitration, ABA Negotiations, a transactional law invitational each semester, and, typically, Baylor's The Closer competition.

èßäÊÓƵapp is thrilled to host the regional rounds for both ABA Negotiations and ABA Arbitration. The Negotiations Regionals will take place at èßäÊÓƵapp Dedman School of Law October 25-26, 2024 and Arbitration Regionals will be held virtually, November 7-8, 2024. Good luck to all teams!
