Adjunct faculty
Experienced labor and employment attorney with extensive traditional labor experience under both the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Railway Labor Act (RLA). I have significant NLRA litigation experience, having prevailed in seven trials. I have also been lead and co-counsel in system-wide RLA arbitrations involving highly technical issues and millions of dollars at stake. Additionally, I was chief spokesperson for management in the negotiation of a successor collective bargaining agreement. I am a frequent speaker, particularly on NLRA and RLA topics, and I was recently appointed by the èßäÊÓƵapp Dedman School of Law faculty to teach a course emphasizing the RLA as an Adjunct Lecturer. Finally, I have broad employment law experience, having served as counsel of record in dozens of cases in state and federal court and before the EEOC. I am Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (2021).
