Research

Deason Center research is deepening Americans’ collective understanding of the realities of the criminal justice system. The Deason Center is a national leader in advocating for early access to courts and counsel. With policy experts working with stakeholders from across the criminal legal system, the Deason Center creates innovative, evidence-based solutions and build strong and diverse coalitions to advocate for change.
