Erika Fadel joined èßäÊÓƵapp Dedman School of Law in 2015 as a Director in the Office of Career Services and Director of Diversity and Inclusion. In the fall of 2020, Erika was promoted to full time Director of Diversity. Prior to èßäÊÓƵapp, she worked for several law firms in Texas as a corporate attorney. She served at the University of Missouri School of Law as a Visiting Professor of Legal Research and Writing, as the Director of Public Service/ Public Interest Law, and as the Director of Diversity. She is responsible for promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging by coordinating such programs as Diversity Orientation and Diversity Week. She also supports the law school’s affinity groups and offers professional development programs and counseling to diverse students.
