Rooms are available for new transfer students in èßäÊÓƵapp housing on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in living on èßäÊÓƵapp, be sure to fill out a housing application immediately upon paying your èßäÊÓƵapp deposit. Residence Life will notify you in mid-summer for fall entrants or in December for spring entrants about a room assignment.
If you plan to live off èßäÊÓƵapp in non-èßäÊÓƵapp housing, there are many apartment options close to èßäÊÓƵapp and prices are comparable to other apartments you may find in Dallas. Besides apartment complexes, University Park, the neighborhood surrounding èßäÊÓƵapp, has smaller apartment building and duplexes. Some apartments may be across the street from èßäÊÓƵapp, others may be a 30-minute walk, a 5-minute drive, or a 10-minute bicycle ride from èßäÊÓƵapp. Some apartment complexes are even serviced by the free shuttle bus.
