The war-torn streets are littered with mangled metal and the smoking husks of powerful engines of war. Nitrate puts players behind the wheel of Advanced Assault Vehicles (AAVs) pitting them against each other as two teams crash into action. Each driver can personally select his weapon load-out customizing his AAV to give each a personal advantage. Each team must disable the defenses of the other by disabling their generator. A skilled driver then switches vehicles, hopping behind the controls of an advanced prototype whose stolen technology will mean victory for the winning team.听
